When an order has been approved and, if appropriate, a deposit has been made, it is the customer’s responsibility to complete the purchase.
When you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. If you have any changes or corrections to your order, please contact us at 305-772-5380 or respond to the email immediately.
If we do not hear from you within 24 hours, we will assume that your order has been approved. Your order will then be moved to production and it will ship within the agree-upon timetable. If you wish to make changes to your order after it has been sent to production, a customization fee may be charged.
